TEO IV
The cyclonic biomass furnace is used as a heat source for process air in grain drying systems. The TEO IV series produces heated air under environmentally - friendly conditions and eliminates the use of fósil fuels, such as diesel, natural gas or coal.
The TEO IV utilizes low-cost biomass solid fuel sources, such as rice and barley husk, as well as wheat and corn milling by products. The husk furnace is a perfect complement for the SuperBrix fluid-bed and tower drying systems.
DRYING TIME REDUCTION
When used in conjunction with SuperBrix SELF series fluid-bed dryers, significant reduction in drying time may be achieved.
DURABILITY
Extremely heavy-duty design and high resistance materials translates into reliable performance and low maintenance costs.
FUEL SAVINGS
Utilizing biomass by products as a fuel source, the requirement for fossil fuels may be significantly reduced or completely eliminated.
NEW USEFUL PRODUCT
The ash generated from the cyclonic furnace is a comercial product used in numerous industries such as fertilizers, cement production, ceramics, hydroponic crops and many other applications in current study.
AUTOMATED SYSTEM
The combustion system is automatically monitored and controlled to ensure safe operation and low operating cost.
