Dryers and silos storage
The cyclonic biomass furnace is used as an energy source to heat up the process in air grain drying systems. The TEO IV series produces heated air under environmentally - friendly conditions and eliminates the use of fósil fuels, such as diesel, natural gas or coal.
The TEO IV utilizes low-cost biomass solid fuel sources, such as rice and barley husk, as well as wheat and corn milling by products. The husk furnace is a perfect complement for the SuperBrix fluid-bed and tower drying systems.
Grain Dryer SBT is designed to dry the grain allowing a longer storage life and a more efficient milling process.
The Husk Furnace series TEO II manufactured by SuperBrix, is a result of a successful process of continuous technological innovation in search for effective solutions for the use of agricultural by products. The efficient and regulated heat generation, using solid by products as only fuel, as rice husk, constitutes a key factor for significant savings and competitiveness in the rice industry.
