Our Engineering Department is composed of qualified and talented professionals with extensive knowledge in various branches of Engineering, which allows developing projects in the four business areas of the company.  Those are as follow: port facilities for bulk solids, conditioning, drying and storage grain, rice milling, cassava processing and production of starches for Biodiesel and Ethanol industries. We have advanced calculation tools and computer aided design (CAD-CAE), allowing a high degree of safety and reliability in the rapid prototyping and designs as well as CNC programming for metalworking and manufacturing, ensuring the quality of the engineering that will be used in the fabrication process.

For our clients we generate 3D models and virtual animation of the projects and products, offering practical and productive alternatives in design and development, facilitating the interpretation of the projects to people outside the field of engineering as well as making decisions about the process itself.

Graphic programs are used in the manufacturing of equipment and spare parts, with the purpose of designing products for manufacture and assembly (DFME), which are a mechanical design tool used by major industries engaged in the design of equipment for different uses, especially in the automotive area. Similarly, the critical elements of equipment or structures of the different plants are reviewed by means of CAE software (finite elements), which predicts the behavior of such elements with the application of the actual load, before being used by the client, avoiding serious consequences within the equipment or within the plant.
